🌍 Timezone Support

• Added configuration option timezone in config.yaml (e.g., "Asia/Kolkata").
• Server now applies the correct UTC offset to NTP timestamps based on the configured timezone.
• Dashboard updated to display the active timezone.

⚡ Client Fuzzing Mode

• Introduced a new  Client Fuzzing attack mode to test NTP client robustness.
• Randomly mutates packet fields:

1. Header : Invalid Version, Mode, Stratum.
2. Timestamp : Zero, Max (0xFF…), Origin mismatch.
3. Logic : Alarm Leap Indicator, Large Root Delay/Dispersion.

• Selectable via  F4 menu (Attack Mode) or the “Random Fuzzing” preset.
